Nevada State Prison Roleplay - In-game rules

1.Common Courtesy
While out of character it is expected of you to remain respectful and calm towards others. Always follow an administrator's instructions.

Failing to roleplay a situation is strictly forbidden. You're expected to be roleplaying at all times, If a player breaks the rule during the situation you must finish the roleplay and report later.

Example:
• Insult another player through /pm or /b.
• Spamming.
• Disregarding an administrator's decision.
• Car crashes can be skipped if all parties involved agree
• Quitting on purpose to avoid RP

2. Meta Gaming (MG)
It's an action where a player's character makes use of knowledge that the player is aware of but that the character is not meant to be aware of.

Example:
• You don't know a player name icly and call them by their ooc nametag.
• Messaging somebody oocly to pick you at X location.

3. Power Gaming (PG)
This is forcing actions upon other players, disallowing them to provide a response to your action or role playing an action which is seen as humanely impossible - something which isn't able to be done in real life.

Example -*Jonathan takes Lola's hand as he pulls her forcely with him*
The issue with this roleplay was that the individual which roleplayed the actions stated above didn't allow the opposition to respond whether or not he/she succeeded. This is why you must state for in example /do Success or Failure? You may do a roleplay line similar to this or exact if you prefer but it must clearly state whether or not you're able to succeed in completing the action.

4. Deathmatch
• Deathmatching is killing someone without heavy roleplay reason, keep in mind that you're in prison and you need even a heavier reason.

Example:
• Murdering a player because he's black and your character hates afro-american people.
• Murdering a player because of a small talk argument.

5. Attacking guard
In order to attack a guard there must be atleast three guards on-duty, you can check how many guards are on-duty by clicking 'TAB' and their ooc tag names have a blue color. Attacking a guard it's not something you would do for a small reason, you must have a heavily reason behind it.

6. Third Party Modifications
Using 3rd-party programs to have an advantage over other players is not allowed.
Using skin or vehicle or visual modifications is allowed.
Using modifications that affect gameplay is forbidden.

7. Advertisement
You are not allowed to attempt, or imply for someone to play another server and/or say a servers internet protocol address or the servers name into any types of chat in attempt to gain attention. This goes for both negative and positive reasons. You'll get banned if you were caught doing advertisements of other servers.

8. Logging to avoid
If you're in the middle of roleplay and you leave the game and don't come back on 5 minutes, you'll be admin prisoned for logging to avoid.

Example:
• You are being taken to isolation and you don't want to get isolated and quit the game.
• You're being robbed by several prisoners and you don't want to loose your goods and you quit the game.

9. Robbing & Scamming
It is only allowed to rob another player and it's maximum is $300 unless you get admin permission. There are no limits on how many goods (melees, narcotics etc.) you can rob from another player. You are allowed to rob a guard or doctor, but there must be atleast 3 guards on-duty and he can be included.

It is only allowed to scam another player and it's maximum is $500 unless you get admin permission. It's not allowed to scam for cells, but it is allowed to scam for goods (melees, narcotics etc.) and there is no limit.

10. Prison escape
To perform a prison escape you must get permission from an administrator in-game, you must show the tactic/plan you are going to use to escape the prison to the administrator. The administrator has the right to accept or deny your escape, it'll base on how good and realistic your tactic is. If you successfully escape the prison you are going to be rewarded with goods (melees, narcotics, money or a cell) the amount you are receiving will be based on how good your roleplay while escaping was. After you finish the escape you will be teleported back to the prison, there is allowed only one escape per day.

11. Account/character sharing
You aren't allowed to share accounts/characters with anybody. We have the abillity to check account IP's, logging in with different IP's might be a sign. If you were caught doing this, you would get permanent ban from the server.

12. Language
This server is an English language based server, it is necessary for you to communicate in English in all forms of chats via both in character and out of character chats. If you were caught talking another language, you'll be given a warning. If you continue to repeat it, you'll be admin jailed.

13. Riot
Starting a riot needs a good roleplay reason, you must get administrator permission to start a riot and you must explain to him everything about the riot and why it's happening. The administrator has the right to accept or deny it based on how realistic your idea is.

14. Character Kill & Player Kill
In order to kill sombeody character(CK), you will need his ooc permission - make sure you always have proofs that you have his character kill permission.

If you player kill (PK) somebody, he wouldn't remember the roleplay he has done with you and the players you killed him with.
