[In-Game] Guards able to heal

Type of suggestion: Guards able to heal + they shouldn't lose HP.
Brief your suggestion: We should implement a feature so the guards can heal in their lockers. Currently you can only obtain armor from the lockers and the guards lose HP the same as inmates.
